Black Flamingo Brewing Company Expands to Oakland Park's Culinary Arts District
Located at 3482 NE 12th Avenue in the Oakland Park Culinary Arts District, this is the second location for the popular South Florida brewery. Their first location is in Pompano Beach.
Black Flamingo is a family-owned business and a great fit for Oakland Park’s Main Street. They started out in a garage. The owners created and built a homemade brewing system. This proprietary system powers their two brick and mortar locations and is the reason for their large and loyal following!

The craft brewers at Black Flamingo are passionate about the taste and flavor of their beers and they invest much time and energy to create their unique and signature beers.
Some of Black Flamingos’ most popular brews include Hoppy Beers like Sah Bro! (Double IPA with Sabro & Nelson Hops) and Banana Express (Milkshake IPA conditioned with Bananas and Pineapple with lactose). If you’re looking for something light and refreshing, try the pilsner-style Suavecita or the amber lager Metalheads Dream.
In addition to their wide selection of craft beers, they also offer delicious food options including creamy Hummus, mouthwatering Pizzas, savory Pepperoni Sticks and flavorful Hot Wings.
