Is Pulte Building Another Development In Oakland Park?
Yes, Pulte is building another development. After all, they are a builder that is what they do. But no, it is not quite in Oakland Park, but it is close enough that it is worth taking a closer look.
Pulte’s new development, Cassia Estates, is in the beginning of construction in the City of Lauderdale Lakes. It is literally, just across the street from the City of Oakland Park, on the southwest corner for NW 31st Ave and Oakland Park Boulevard.

Cassia Estates

According to the City of Lauderdale Lakes the City Commission approved a major site plan revision on 07/28/20. Pulte does not require any further approvals and is now clearing the site and prepping it to break ground.
Cassia Estates will be located at 3200 NW 31st Street in Lauderdale Lakes. There will be 84 homes built on approximately 20 acres of land. This is much smaller than Oak Tree, Pulte’s other development just 2.5 miles north.

Pricing for Cassia Estates
At the moment there is no available pricing for Cassia Estates. The pricing Pulte issued for Oak Tree pushed the values of homes in the area of that development. When Pulte publishes the sale prices it will be interesting to see how both developments compare.

Cassia Estates will have 84 single family homes. Prospective residents will have 5 floor plans to choose from. Although it is important to note that the developer could change available floor plans at any time.

What s is the price range for these homes ? They should start at $240 ,000 for the area ! Will there be a clubhouse and pool and other great amenities that will attrack the normal working class families ? HOA should be Quarterly and less than $140.00 every 3 months .
