Are you looking to get some early holiday shopping done, all the while benefiting a great cause? Oakland Park’s very own Central Bark Doggy Daycare and Groomer will be hosting a Holiday Bazaar this Saturday, November 13th, from 10 am-3 pm to benefit Everglades Angels Dog Rescue.
This pet-friendly indoor/outdoor event will have animal-related vendors, including photographer Steven Kuttner taking holiday-themed photos of you with your furry best friends.
Fur Babies for Adoption at the Holiday Bazaar
Everglades Angels Dog Rescue will enlighten people on their mission and showcase some of the cutest adoptable dogs looking for their forever home. Everglades Angels is a local, volunteer-based 501C3 that provides rescue and sanctuary for many abandoned Dogs throughout South Florida, including the hotbed stray areas such as Homestead, Redlands, and the Everglades National Park. They provide complete medical treatment regardless of how severe the condition is. They also spay and neuter and provide positive training.
With the abandoned dog epidemic never subsiding and medical bills for these pups running high, this remarkable rescue could use the community’s support. In addition to having pups available to meet, they will have raffles and be accepting monetary donations.

Other vendors in attendance will be Wag Pride, Pooch and Patches, Backyard n’ Brews, Amanda A. Anthony Pet Pop Art, Canine Assisted Therapy, who will have several therapy dogs with them, Bright n’ Shine Pet Dental will be doing teeth cleaning, and Funky Buddha.
